Acceptance of Terms. By using https://innovativebuildingsolutionsoh.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Innovative Building Solutions markets and arranges Window Installation, Door Installation, Deck Building, Guard Railing Installation, Siding Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Innovative Building Solutions or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination. Innovative Building Solutions may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

No Warranties. Innovative Building Solutions disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovative Building Solutions's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Innovative Building Solutions in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Innovative Building Solutions from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by OH law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in OH for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
